Create Clay Critters, Day ONE

This two day workshop gives you the opportunity to explore your inner artist. Master clay basics: coil, slab construction and sculpting as you experience fun, easy and meaningful ways to express your love of art and nature as you create sculptures such as fish, frogs or birds.

Clay pieces will be constructed with a low fire clay body .

Works will be completed with surface decorative techniques, such as non-fire patinas to enhance your clay creations.

Sculptures will be completed and ready to display indoors and out!

No experience necessary, all levels are welcome!

Class limit of 10

When: Saturdas: February 15 and March 1st

Time: 10:00-12:00

Where: Townsend Gallery Studio, Townsend, TN

Cost: $80 (Pay artist, check or cash)

First Class: Create a sculpture for indoors or out) Saturday, February 15, 2025

Second Class: Finish fired sculpture with patina finish, Saturday, March 1, 2025
